Practical instructions on 2003 migration flows decree enactment and 2002 flows decree delay. 2003 flows decree allows 60.000 seasonal work entries. No instructions are given in this memorandum, the two decrees issues are repeated. The only note which is worth remembering concerns the idea that an authorized to entry worker can upload authorizations up to a maximum 9 months stay. In other words, law provides for that a worker can be authorized to entry Italy and have different jobs (all seasonal ones) and different employers up to a nine months stay. Memorandum underlines that in case a person holds different authorizations THIS are to considered only one quota within the 60.000 entries allowed.
