Professional nurses training: how to have graduation recognised

QuestionDearest Melting Pot editorial stuff, I am writing to you because I have a problem I hope you can solve. Official Gazzete published, past Febraury 10th, the decrees linked to the enforcement of Bossi-Fini law. According to them, non-EU professional nurses, who lawfully reached Italy on basis of former art.27, seem to be allowed to change employment and sign other contracts, they must be employed in health care though. It seems that they do not need to go back to their country of origin to have all buraucratic proceeding don all over again. Is this true?

The case I am referring to is about a person that was employed on basis of a determined in time contract (two years) but the co-operative unofficially told this person the when the contract expires next April, employment is to continue for other two years. Can this person move from a private structure to hospitals?
I hope I was clear enough.
Thanks and best regards.

Answer – This kind of employment are not part of flows decree and therefore there is no need of waiting for the enactment of flows decree.
Employers can, any time during the year, apply to the authorisation to employment, training and degrees must be evaluated in advance by Mnistry of health. Entry visas only allow to be employed in such a field.
